What will you be doing?
This role is a key part of the store leadership team with some responsibility for the effective day-to-day running of the store. You will approach every interaction with customers as an opportunity to increase revenue and customer experience using solution-based selling and offering products and services that meet the customers' needs.
Who are we looking for?
You will have extensive retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role. Experience in coaching, developing, and building a competent and capable team. Ability to plan, implement and evaluate clear and objective goals, and commercial KPIs. Have experience in deputizing/managing a retail store environment. Commercial awareness, including of our competitors. Have direct experience in managing a team. Self-motivated, reliable, energetic, with a proactive approach. Acts with integrity in everything they do.
